DOVER — Normally, a kiss is a good thing. But, a smooch from Triatoma sanguisuga — the “kissing bug” — is not one you want. According to a Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) report published last Friday, the nocturnal-feeding disease-spreading pest made its first “official” appearance in the state.
