Inspectors find roaches, mouse droppings at Chinese buffet in Westerville (via WCMH)

The Franklin County Public Department found several unappetizing violations during a May 15 inspection of China Garden Buffet, 79 W. Schrock Road, Westerville. Plus, we give out another Up To Code award.
