Temperatures in the Borderland are getting warmer and the Rio Grande in our area now has water. People had questions if mosquitoes can transmit coronavirus. On Wednesday, the El Paso Health Department reassured the public that presently there is no scientific evidence to suggest mosquitoes spread COVID-19.
