Hamilton County Schools says exterminators were called in after bed bugs were found in a few rooms at Brainerd High School this week. Parents reached out to us about the issue Wednesday. We contacted the school system, who says they dispatched exterminators that afternoon to check it out. Hamilton County Schools spokesman Tim Hensley told us Thursday that the exterminators found bed bugs in a few rooms in one wing of the school, and took care of the issue that night.
