State officials said Tuesday that they are moving quickly to protect Houston from the next storm headed its way: Mosquitoes. Briefing reporters about continuing recovery and relief from Hurricane Harvey, Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday that mosquito control measures are being implemented all across the Houston area to prevent swarms of the pesky insects from adding insult to an already devastated metropolitan area.
