SCHENECTADY – The Schenectady County Department of Social Services building at 797 Broadway, which houses about 200 employees, is being treated for bedbugs. County Attorney Chris Gardner said Tuesday that the problem, which he characterized as more of a nuisance than an infestation or public health hazard, was discovered over the summer.
